Starter Interrupt Board Testing

There is no way the first spin of a completely new board like this is going to be error free. As we discuss under business models, selling the customer on the notion they will have a production ready board on the first spin is dumb.  It just isn't going to happen.

As we mentioned, our first spin boards are designed with extra test points and components.  Using these we can make sure the prototype works as expected, verify our design decisions and plan changes.  These extra and/or redundent features will be removed during the second spin.
