These are some of the areas I have found exciting while delving into heath and nutrition concepts. I have explored a vegetarian approach to diet, living foods and traditional techniques like fermentation. My goal is to connect further with the world around me by understanding the many ways the world works in our favor if we will just let it. From growing happy foods, to the amazing diversity of microbial life which surrounds us, I am filled with awe at the experience of truly being a part of the world, not apart from it. Our connection is deeper and stronger than we have begun to conceive.

At the same time, I am also interested in learning what I can do today to make improvements tomorrow. I aim for a balance between gritty hands and lofty vision.

This is currently just a random collection of topics. I am in the process of updating this category and hope to get it organized better.
